Objective(s)

The objective of the training is to build the capacities of regulated institutions with regard to FODEP completion and checking, in order to ensure the reliability and consistency of prudential returns. At the outcome of the training, participants will have a practical mastery of: procedures for prudential return reporting, particularly the scope, periodicity, format and deadline of returns; the method of submission, control regulations; sanctions for non-compliance with regulatory requirements; calculating equity on an individual and consolidated basis; calculating weighted assets for credit, operational and market risks; reporting related to standards applicable to major risks; determining the leverage ratio, and calculating the standards applicable to transactions.

  • This course is mainly intended for representatives of regulated institutions in the Union responsible for completing, checking or submitting FODEPs.
