In collaboration with the Consortium for Economic Research in Africa (AERC), the Foundation  for Studies and Research on International Development (FERDI), Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar and Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis, the West African Center for Banking Studies and Training (COFEB) is organizing a series of capacity-building workshops on research methodology for researchers in the WAEMU region.

The West African Center for Banking Studies and Training (COFEB), in collaboration with Princeton University in the United States and Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis, Senegal, is organizing a webinar-based study and research workshop on July 24, 2020 on the subject of “conducting monetary policy in the context of the COVID-19 crisis”.

In collaboration with the International Association of Francophone Microfinance Researchers (Association Internationale des Chercheurs Francophones en Microfinance - AICFM), the West African Center for Banking Studies and Training (COFEB) organized, on July 17, 2020, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm GMT, an online study and research workshop on “the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the microfinance sector in the Union”.

As part of the implementation of COFEB’s cooperation policy in the area of training and research, the Research and Partnerships Directorate (DRP) organized a methodological workshop from March 4 to 6, 2020 on “Monte Carlo Simulation Applied to Finance”.
